UM-30 is specially designed for small to medium screws, bolts, and precision fasteners with diameter under Ø30mm.

  Features an touch screen to set rolling times and part counts with one tap. The system has high anti-interference and self-diagnostic features for quick troubleshooting.

• 24V Safe Low-Voltage Circuit:
  The control circuit runs completely on safe low voltage. This provides electric shock protection for operators, even in wet or oil-heavy factory environments.

• Inverter-Controlled Variable Speed:
  Driven by a built-in inverter for stepless speed adjustment. Run at high speeds for soft materials and fine threads, or at low speeds with high torque for hard steel.

• Rigid Square Guide Ways:
  The sliding plates use a square rail design, surface hardened and precision ground. It stays perfectly stable and free of vibrations under heavy pressure to ensure micro-level accuracy.

• Hydraulic Power & Robust Body:
  Powered by a high-performance hydraulic system for smooth, even pressure. The FC-25 cast iron frame is heat-treated to absorb vibrations, working seamlessly with a phosphor bronze worm gear for quiet, durable operation.

• Thru-Feed & In-Feed 2-in-1:
  Easily switch between "In-Feed" for short parts and "Thru-Feed" for long shafts. This gives your workshop ultimate flexibility to accept various types of orders.
