UM-3DX is the powerful version of the 3-roll series, designed for rolling threads on hollow tubes and pipes. It uses a 120-degree 3-roll system to squeeze the tube evenly from three sides. This stops the tube from flattening or bending under pressure, making it perfectly round and straight.

120° Even Pressure: The tube receives equal pressure from all sides. This prevents deformation and keeps the workpiece perfectly round.
Smart Touch Screen (PLC + HMI): Rolling time and part counts can be easily set on the screen. It makes setup and troubleshooting fast and simple.
Spindle Gearbox with Mechanical Speed Adjustment: It is easy to set the rotation speed for different tube sizes and materials. The gearbox features high-quality ground gears manufactured completely in-house. This strict quality control ensures smooth, quiet, powerful, and highly durable operation.
Two Rolling Modes: Both Thru-feed (for long tubes) and In-feed (for short parts) are available on one machine.
Safe 24V Design: The control system uses a safe 24V low voltage. This protects operators from electric shocks, even in wet factory environments with cutting oil.
